Softball Recap: Lynn Picks Up Third Consecutive Win

Lynn entered their tilt with Marion County on Wednesday with two consecutive wins but they'll enter their next game with three. They blew past the Red Raiders 8-2. The Bears might be getting used to big wins seeing as the team has won eight contests by six runs or more this season.

Dereka Bryan was excellent, going 2-for-3 with two runs, one stolen base, and one RBI. The team also got some help courtesy of Bre Hill, who earned two RBI, one run, and one stolen base.

Lynn's win bumped their record up to 15-11. As for Marion County, they are on a seven-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 3-8.

Looking ahead, Lynn will look to defend their home field on Thursday against Haleyville at 4:30 p.m. As for Marion County, they will venture away from home to take on Berry at 1:00 p.m. on Monday.
