Softball Preview: King/Drew Golden Eagles vs. Locke Saints
King/Drew is a perfect 7-0 against Locke since May of 2021 and they'll have a chance to extend that dominance on Thursday. The Golden Eagles are taking a road trip to take on the Saints at 2:30 p.m. Locke took a loss in their last match and will be looking to turn the tables on King/Drew, who comes in off a win.
King/Drew came out on top against Dorsey on Monday thanks in part to the team's impressive eight-run second inning. The Golden Eagles were the clear victors by a 15-1 margin over the Dons. The high-flying hitting performance was a huge turnaround for the Golden Eagles considering their two-run performance the contest before.

Jordan Garcia made a splash no matter where she played. She looked comfortable on the mound, not allowing a single earned run and allowing only one hit while striking out 12 over 4.2 innings pitched. She has been consistent for a while: she hasn't tossed less than six strikeouts in ten consecutive appearances. She was also stellar in the batter's box, going a perfect 3-for-3 with one home run, three runs, and three RBI.
