Volleyball Recap: Friday's Victory Is Virgin Valley's Tenth in Last 11 Outings

Virgin Valley's tournament run continued when they took on Southeast Career Tech on Friday. The Bulldogs came out on top against the Roadrunners by a score of 2-0.

Destry Tobler paced Virgin Valley's offense, picking up six kills. Tobler got some help from Dallin Moeai and his 14 assists.

Virgin Valley is on a roll lately: they've won ten of their last 11 matches. That's provided a nice bump to their 12-5 record this season. As for Southeast Career Tech, they are on a six-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 4-15.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Virgin Valley will welcome Desert Hills at 6:00 p.m. on Monday. The Thunder will roll in looking for their fourth straight win, something the Bulldogs surely won't give up without a fight. As for Southeast Career Tech, they will take on Bonanza at 6:00 p.m. on Monday.
