Volleyball Game Preview: Woodlawn Trailblazers vs. Community School of Davidson Spartans

The Woodlawn Trailblazers will venture away from home to challenge the Community School of Davidson Spartans at 5:00 p.m. on Wednesday. The two teams are strolling into their matchups after big wins in their previous games.

Community School of Davidson will be up against a hot Woodlawn team: the squad just extended their winning streak to three. Woodlawn put the hurt on Kingdom Leadership Academy with a sharp 3-0 win on Thursday.

Woodlawn was especially dominant in the second set. The match finished with set scores of 25-20, 25-15, 25-17.

Among those leading the charge was Noah Quinlan, who had six kills and two aces.

Meanwhile, there's no place like home for Community School of Davidson, who bounced back after a loss on the road on Wednesday. Everything went their way against Mooresville on Monday as Community School of Davidson made off with a 3-0 victory.

Community School of Davidson not only won, but also showed off some consistency: they kept Mooresville between 13 and 16 points across their sets. The final score came out to 25-13, 25-16, 25-16.

Woodlawn's win was their third straight at home, which pushed their record up to 3-0. As for Community School of Davidson, their victory (their first of the season) made their record 1-2.
