Volleyball Recap: Denver West Puts Losing Streak Behind Them

Denver West's game last Friday was a loss, but they didn't let that memory haunt them on Monday. They narrowly escaped with a victory as the squad sidled past the Lincoln Lancers 3-2. The win was some much needed relief for the Cowboys as it spelled an end to their eight-game losing streak dating back to last season.

Denver West was staring down a 2-1 deficit headed into the fourth set, but they rallied to take the next two for the win. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 23-25, 25-11, 23-25, 25-15, 15-12.
