Basketball Recap: Harvey/Fessenden-Bowdon Takes a Loss

Harvey/Fessenden-Bowdon lost against Our Redeemer's Christian back in January of 2024 and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Tuesday. The Harvey/Fessenden-Bowdon Hornets were beaten by the Our Redeemer's Christian Knights 76-38. While losing is never fun, the Hornets can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' North Dakota basketball rankings (they are ranked 56th, while the Knights are ranked eighth).

Harvey/Fessenden-Bowdon has been struggling recently as they've lost three of their last four matches, which put a noticeable dent in their 3-5 record this season. As for Our Redeemer's Christian, the victory was the sixth in a row for them, bringing their record for this year to 9-1.

Harvey/Fessenden-Bowdon will have a little extra prep time after the loss as they won't be playing again for a while. They'll take on Berthold at 7:00 p.m. on January 31st. As for Our Redeemer's Christian, they didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next game, a 76-38 win against Harvey on the 14th.
