Basketball Recap: St. Andrew's Highlanders vs. South Pasadena Tigers
St. Andrew proved they can win big two weeks ago (they won by 50) and on Friday they proved they can win the close ones too. They came out on top in a nail-biter against the South Pasadena Tigers, sneaking past 74-72. For those keeping track at home, that's the closest victory the Highlanders have posted since February 10, 2024.
Jayden Buchunam was his usual excellent self, dropping a double-double on 32 points and 12 boards. The team also got some help courtesy of Aydan Key, who posted 11 points along with eight assists and four steals.
