Baseball Recap: Lennard Longhorns vs. Plant City Raiders
After losing to Plant City the last time they met, Lennard decided to demonstrate that turnabout is fair play. The Lennard Longhorns came out on top against the Plant City Raiders by a score of 10-5 on Tuesday. That's two games straight that Lennard has won by exactly five runs.
Lennard got a great performance from Pablo Garcia as he didn't allow a single earned run and only two hits while striking out eight over five innings pitched. Garcia has been nothing but reliable on the mound: he hasn't given up more than two hits in four consecutive pitching appearances.
