Basketball Recap: Horton Takes a Loss

Horton was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their fourth straight loss dating back to last season. They fell 66-53 to the Hiawatha Red Hawks. The Chargers were given a dose of their own medicine in this game as the Red Hawks apparently hadn't forgotten their defeat the last time these teams played back in December of 2024.

Horton's record is now 0-3. As for Hiawatha, they now have a winning record of 2-1.

Coincidentally, Horton and Hiawatha will both be playing Pleasant Ridge the next time they take the court. The Red Hawks will host the Rams at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday, while the Chargers will head out to face them at 7:00 p.m. on Friday.
