Volleyball Recap: Paxton-Buckley-Loda Takes a Loss

Paxton-Buckley-Loda lost against St. Thomas More last Saturday and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Thursday. The Panthers fell 2-0 to the Sabers. The Panthers have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back matches.

While Paxton-Buckley-Loda ultimately came up short, they didn't go down without a fight: they scored at least 17 points in every set they played. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-21, 25-17.

Paxton-Buckley-Loda's defeat dropped their record down to 11-21. As for St. Thomas More, their win was their sixth straight on the road, which pushed their record up to 23-12.

Looking ahead, Paxton-Buckley-Loda will take on Olympia at 6:00 p.m. on Monday. St. Thomas More does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
