Soccer Game Preview: Erath vs. Catholic - N.I.

The Erath Bobcats are taking a road trip to challenge the Catholic - N.I. Panthers at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday.

Erath will roll into the matchup after a wild two-game stretch: they only put up one goal on Tuesday, then bounced right back against Westminster Christian Academy on Thursday. The Bobcats were the clear victors by a 7-0 margin over the Chargers. Considering Erath have won three matches by more than two goals this season, Thursday's blowout was nothing new.

Meanwhile, for the first time this season, Catholic - N.I. was forced to settle for a draw. They and Holy Savior Menard finished up on equal footing with a 1-1 draw on Friday.

The victory snapped Erath's losing streak at three matches and leaves them with a 4-4-1 record. Catholic - N.I.'s draw gives them a new season record of 3-0-1.
