After having lost a blowout in their previous game against Westminster Academy, Jupiter Christian was happy to have turned things around on Thursday. They put the hurt on the Atlantic Christian Sharks with a sharp 9-1 victory. The win continues a trend for the Eagles in their matchups with the Sharks: they've now won eight in a row.

Troy Spano and Jaden Kostura did most of the damage at the plate: Spano scored two runs and stole two bases while going 2-for-3, while Kostura scored a run and stole three bases while going 3-for-4. The dominant performance also gave Kostura a new career-high in hits (three). Luke Winters also deserves some recognition as he hit his first hits of the season.

Jupiter Christian's victory bumped their record up to 3-1. As for Atlantic Christian, their defeat dropped their record down to 0-2.

Jupiter Christian didn't take long to hit the field again: they've already played their next contest, a 9-7 win against Benjamin on the 17th. As for Atlantic Christian, they will take on David Posnack Jewish Day at 3:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
