Forsyth Central won the last time they faced Peachtree Ridge and things went their way on Thursday too. The Bulldogs came out on top in a nail-biter against the Lions, sneaking past 2-1. The win made it back-to-back victories for the Bulldogs.

Forsyth Central was dominant in they sets they won, taking each by at least ten points. The match finished with set scores of 25-12, 24-26, 15-5.

Summer Frost paced Forsyth Central's offense, picking up seven kills. Frost got some help from Izzy Sharp and her 22 assists. Frost also made an impact serving: she shared the team lead in aces with Kaley Orlosky, racking up three apiece.

Forsyth Central now has a winning record of 5-4. As for Peachtree Ridge, they are on a four-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 1-4.

Forsyth Central has already played their next match, a 2-0 loss against Norcross on the 19th. As for Peachtree Ridge, they will get a bit of extra time to process the defeat as their next game is a ways off. They'll take on Winder-Barrow at 5:00 p.m. on the 26th.
