The Kingman Academy Tigers will square off against the North Valley Christian Academy Lions at 3:45  p.m.  on Tuesday. Kingman Academy will be strutting in after a  victory while North Valley Christian Academy will be coming in after a  loss.
Kingman Academy's pitching crew heads into the  match  hoping to repeat the dominance they displayed  on Wednesday. They blew past Mountainside 18-0. That 18 run margin sets a new team best for the Tigers this season.
 Dustin Sealy made a big impact while hitting and pitching. He looked comfortable on the mound,   keeping things locked down with   no  earned runs or hits while striking out 14 over five innings pitched. He has become a key player for Kingman Academy: the team is 2-1 when he posts  at  least  eight  strikeouts, but 6-10-1 otherwise. Sealy was also big at the plate,  going 2-for-3 with three  RBI, two  runs,  and two  doubles. That's the most  doubles  he has posted since back in April of 2024.

 In other batting news,  Cormac Cone was  incredible,  getting on base  in three of his four plate appearances with four  runs, one  stolen base,  and one  RBI. Those  four  runs gave  him a new career-high.  Baylor Short was another key player,  going 1-for-4 with two  runs and one  RBI.
 Kingman Academy  always had someone on base and  finished the game having  posted an OBP of .605. They easily outclassed their opponents in that department as Mountainside only posted  an  OBP of  .071.
Meanwhile, North Valley Christian Academy came up short against  Chandler Prep on Wednesday, falling  12-4.
 North Valley Christian Academy saw seven different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was  Sam Primack, who  went 2-for-3 with one  triple, one  stolen base,  and one  run. That  triple was  Primack's first of the season.
 The  win made it two in a row for Kingman Academy and  bumps their season record up to 8-11-1. The  victories came thanks in part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as  they  averaged 15.5 runs over those games. As for North Valley Christian Academy, their defeat dropped their record down to 8-15-1.
 Tuesday's   contest might come down to which pitcher can control the ball better. Kingman Academy has hit smart this season,  having  averaged  an OBP of .447. However, it's not like North Valley Christian Academy struggles in that department as   they've  averaged .457.
