Volleyball Game Preview: Dawson School Mustangs vs. Gilpin County Eagles + How To Watch

The Dawson School Mustangs will take on the Gilpin County Eagles at 4:00 p.m. on Monday. Dawson School has now lost eight straight, leaving the team hunting for their first win since September 10.

On Friday, Dawson School came up short against Golden View Classical Academy and fell 3-1.

Dawson School was was forced to take the loss, but they sure made Golden View Classical Academy work for it, especially in the fourth set. The match finished with set scores of 25-18, 25-23, 15-25, 26-24.

Meanwhile, it was a Battle of the Birds when Gilpin County took on Front Range Christian on Tuesday. The Eagles came out on top against the Falcons by a score of 3-1. The win made it back-to-back victories for the Eagles.

Gilpin County had a slow start but a hot finish: after dropping the first set, they turned around to win the next three. The final score came out to 25-27, 27-25, 25-10, 25-17.

Dawson School's defeat dropped their record down to 3-10. As for Gilpin County, their victory bumped their record up to 4-7.
