Wake Christian Academy extended their home winning streak to 21 games dating back to last season thanks to a huge performance from Evann Curry. Everything went the Bulldogs' way against the Cape Fear Academy Hurricanes on Tuesday as they made off with a 3-0 win with plenty of help from Curry, who had 16 digs and three aces. She is on a roll when it comes to digs, as she's now had ten or more in each of the last 12 games she's played.

Wake Christian Academy never let Cape Fear Academy on the board, but things got pretty close in the second set. The final score came out to 25-20, 25-22, 25-20.

Wake Christian Academy's victory bumped their record up to 25-7. As for Cape Fear Academy, they moved to 15-6 with that defeat, which also ended their three-match winning streak.

As of now, neither Wake Christian Academy nor the Hurricanes have any future games scheduled.
