Softball Recap: Egyptian Comes Up Short

Egyptian and Century squared off in some playoff action on Wednesday, but Egyptian had to settle for second. They came up short against the Centurions, falling 10-0. Having soared to a lofty 16 runs in the game before, the Pharaohs' shutout was a dramatic turnaround.

Egyptian's loss dropped their record down to 1-16. As for Century, they have been performing well recently as they've won eight of their last ten matches. That's provided a nice bump to their 14-8 record this season.

As of now, neither Egyptian nor Century have any future games scheduled.
