Soccer Recap: Glenvar's Win on Tuesday Extends Winning Streak to 21

It's playoff time, and Glenvar had no trouble coming through when it counted. Their defense stepped up to hand the Graham G-Men an 8-0 shutout on Tuesday. Glenvar might be getting used to big wins seeing as the team has won 17 contests by three goals or more this season.

Their offense was hitting Graham from everywhere, as six different players booted in a goal. Aidan Hylton led that balanced group of strikers and accounted for three goals all by himself.

The victory keeps Glenvar at an undefeated 21-0. The wins came thanks in part to their defensive effort, having only given up two goals over those 21 games. As for Graham, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 17-4-2.

Glenvar has already played their next matchup, a 3-1 victory against Clarke County on the 13th. Graham does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
