International Leadership of Texas Lancaster-DeSoto was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their 12th straight loss dating back to last season. They were outmatched by the UME Preparatory Academy EAGLES and fell 65-35. One positive for the Eagles, at least, is that this was the most points they've scored all season.

TJ Maye continued his habit of posting crazy stat lines for UME Preparatory Academy, putting up 19 points along with seven boards and four steals. Maye is trending in the right direction considering he's improved his point production for three straight games. Will Lupton was another key player, earning 13 points in addition to five rebounds and three steals.

International Leadership of Texas Lancaster-DeSoto's defeat dropped their record down to 0-5. As for UME Preparatory Academy, they have been performing incredibly well recently as they've won six of their last seven games, which provided a nice bump to their 10-11 record this season.

It'll be a Battle of the Birds when the International Leadership of Texas Lancaster-DeSoto Eagles challenge the UME Preparatory Academy EAGLES at 5:30 p.m. on January 22nd. As for UME Preparatory Academy, they are taking a road trip to square off against Advantage Academy at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday.
