Volleyball Game Preview: Muchin College Prep Mountain Lions vs. Bulls College Prep Bulls

The Muchin College Prep Mountain Lions will face off against the Bulls College Prep Bulls at 5:30 p.m. on Wednesday. Given that the two teams suffered a loss in their last games, they both have a little extra motivation heading into this game.

On Tuesday, Muchin College Prep came up short against Senn and fell 2-0. The Mountain Lions haven't had much luck with the Bulldogs recently, as the team has come up short the last four times they've met.

The final score came out to 25-15, 25-20.

Meanwhile, Bulls College Prep entered their matchup against Noble Street College Prep on Monday without any home losses, but there's a first time for everything. The Bulls fell just short of the Golden Tigers by a score of 2-1. The Bulls have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

In a back-and-forth that saw neither team win consecutive sets, Bulls College Prep sadly dropped the once that decided the match. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-22, 20-25, 25-15.

Muchin College Prep now has a losing record of 2-3. As for Bulls College Prep, their loss was their first in the conference, dropping their conference record down to 5-1 and their overall record down to 5-2.

Muchin College Prep was able to grind out a solid victory over Bulls College Prep in their previous matchup back in May of 2024, winning 2-0. Will the Mountain Lions repeat their success, or do the Bulls have a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
