Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask South River). They came out on top against the Henry Hudson Admirals by a score of 79-66 on Saturday. This was payback for the Rams, who suffered a 54-43 loss the last time these two teams met.

The victory made it two in a row for South River and bumps their season record up to 3-1. As for Henry Hudson, they moved to 3-2 with that defeat, which also ended their three-game winning streak.

South River will finish 2024 at home by hosting Highland Park at 11:30 a.m. on Monday. One thing working in South River's favor is that they have posted at least 55 points every time they've taken the court this season. As for Henry Hudson, they will venture away from home to take on Red Bank Regional at 5:30 p.m. on Friday.
