Volleyball Recap: Akiachak Comes Up Short

Akiachak was the 2-0 winner over Tuluksak when they last played one another last Friday, but their luck changed this time around. The Huskies fell just short of the Wolverines by a score of 2-1 on Saturday. The Huskies have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back matches.

Akiachak's loss dropped their record down to 3-2. As for Tuluksak, their win (their first of the season) made their record 1-2.

Akiachak didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next match, a 2-1 victory against Akiak on the 25th. As for Tuluksak, they will hit the road for the first time this season to face off against Aniak on Friday.
