Brewbaker Tech took care of business in their home opener (and then some) on Friday. They breezed past the Booker T. Washington Magnet Yellow Jackets to the tune of 74-11. The Rams haven't had any issues with the Yellow Jackets recently, as the game was their seventh consecutive win against them.

Tariya Respicio had an outrageously good game as she almost dropped a double-double with 13 points and nine assists. The dominant performance also gave her a new career-high in steals (six). Another player making a difference was Kaymarria Bandy, who shot 73% from the field en route to 16 points and six rebounds.

Brewbaker Tech smashed the offensive glass and finished the game with 22 offensive boards. That strong performance was nothing new for the team: they've now pulled down at least nine offensive rebounds in 31 consecutive matchups dating back to last season.
