Talented 2018 prospect made an impact on offense, defense and special teams.

Ashdown (Ark.) fans are beginning to believe again after finishing 8-4 in 2015 thanks in part to the talent of several Class of 2017 and 2018 talents.

The list of potential next level talents coming out of Ashdown includes safety/wide receiver Montaric Brown (committed to Arkansas, Class of 2017), quarterback Jaden Hill (2018), wide receiver/cornerback LaDarius Bishop (2018) and running back/linebacker Detravion Green (2018).

The 6-foot, 175-pound back has started the transformation from a raw talent to a can't miss recruit. He earned All-Conference and first team Texarkana All-Area honors as a sophomore, rushing 122 times for 867 yards on the ground. Showing his all-purpose nature, Green added six receptions for 58 yards and a touchdown.

Defensively, Green finished the season with roughly 90 tackles, a forced fumble and an interception he returned for a touchdown.
