Football Recap: Lubbock T Titans vs. Meadow Broncos
Lubbock T had to hit the road for their first game and it wasn't the result they were hoping for. They fell just short of the Meadow Broncos by a score of 46-43 on Friday.
Lubbock T lost despite a true team effort on the offense, the best among them being Korbin Schmidt, who rushed for 98 yards and a touchdown, and also threw for 131 yards and three touchdowns on only ten passes. Another rusher making a difference was Hunter Spencer, who gained 138 total yards and two touchdowns.
Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Lubbock T will square off against San Jacinto Christian Academy at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. Lubbock T is out to stop a five-game streak of losses at home dating back to last season. As for Meadow, they will take on West Texas T at 7:30 p.m. on Friday.
