 The Ralston Rams will head out on the road to  challenge  The Platte at 7:00  p.m.  on Thursday. Ralston is strutting in with some offensive muscle, as they've averaged 4.2  goals per game this season.
 Last Monday, Ralston kept a clean sheet against Beatrice. They came out on top against the Orangemen by a score of  2-0.
 Ralston was led to victory by the tag-team duo of 
 Selestine Amisi and 
 Nick Volpert, who scored both of Ralston's goals.  The pair have combined for a total of eight so far this season.
 Meanwhile, The Platte gave up the first  goal last Friday, but they didn't let that get them  down. While the  2-2 score might suggest a draw, it was The Platte who was credited with the  win. The Platte got it done in the shootout by posting five goals to Blair's three. The  victory made it back-to-back  wins for The Platte.
 Ralston's victory bumped their record up to 3-1. As for The Platte, they pushed their record up to 4-1 with that  win, which was their third straight  on the road.
 Ralston took their  victory against The Platte  when the teams last played  back in April of 2023 by a conclusive  4-0. The rematch might be a little tougher for Ralston since the  squad won't have the home-pitch advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
