Volleyball Recap: Pope Francis Prep Victorious

Pope Francis Prep took a three-set loss the last time they faced off against Smith Vo-Tech, but this time they managed to keep it close and that made all the difference. The Cardinals skirted past the Vikings 3-2.

Pope Francis Prep was staring down a 2-1 deficit headed into the fourth set, but they rallied to take the next two for the win. The match finished with set scores of 24-26, 25-20, 22-25, 26-24, 17-15.

Pope Francis Prep is on a roll lately: they've won five of their last six matchups. That's provided a massive bump to their 8-6 record this season. As for Smith Vo-Tech, their defeat ended a three-match streak of away wins and brought them to 9-2.
