            It can be hard to translate regular season success to the playoffs, but Andover had no problem doing just that  on Wednesday. They took down the Salina Central Mustangs 61-44. The  victory was nothing new for the Trojans as they're now sitting on ten straight.
 Andover's success was the result of a balanced attack that saw several players step up, but  Joshua Kim led the charge by  going 6-for-9  on his way to 14  points. Kim is also on a roll when it comes to  field goal percentage, as he's  posted one of at least 47% in the last eight games he's  played. Another player making a difference was  Owen Allman, who  posted ten points.
 When it comes to explaining why Salina Central lost, don't look at  Kaden Snyder. Despite the final result, he  shot 60% from the field to rack up 15  points and five  rebounds. Thanks to that strong game,  Snyder now owns an excellent 45.4%  shooting accuracy. The team also got some help courtesy of  Kamryn Jones, who  had ten points.

Andover's win was  their 18th straight at home dating back to last season, which  pushed their record up to 18-3. The wins came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as  they  averaged 65.9 points over those games. As for Salina Central, they have  traveled a rocky road recently, having  lost eight of their last ten matchups. That's put a noticeable dent in their 8-13 record  this season.
 Andover will look to defend their home court  on Saturday against Hays  at 5:00  p.m. Andover knows how to get  points on the board -- the  squad has finished with 55 points or more in their past three contests -- so hopefully Hays likes a good challenge. Salina Central does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
