Fairview and Archbold are an even 3-3 against one another since April of 2016, but likely not for long. The Apaches will take on the Blue Streaks at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday. Both come into the matchup bolstered by wins in their previous matches.

Fairview came out on top against Continental on Thursday thanks in part to the team's impressive seven-run second inning. The Apaches were the clear victors by an 11-1 margin over the Pirates. The win continues a trend for the Apaches in their matchups with the Pirates: they've now won four in a row.

Meanwhile, Archbold was able to grind out a solid victory over Edgerton on Monday, taking the game 9-5.

Fairview's record now sits at 2-0. As for Archbold, their record is now an identical 2-0.

Everything went Fairview's way against Archbold in their previous meeting back in April of 2025, as Fairview made off with a 10-0 win. The rematch might be a little tougher for the Apaches since the squad won't have the home-field advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
