Soccer Recap: Keene Central Takes a Loss + How To Watch

Keene Central managed to keep up with Johnsburg Central until halftime on Wednesday, but things quickly went downhill from there. The Beavers came up short against the Jaguars, falling 5-1. Keene Central were given a dose of their own medicine in this game as Johnsburg Central apparently hadn't forgotten their loss the last time these teams played back in October of 2024.

Keene Central's goal came courtesy of Wyatt Martin, which was the first he's scored this season.

Keene Central's defeat dropped their record down to 0-2.

Keene Central wasted no time getting back out on the pitch and has already played their next matchup, a 6-1 victory against Willsboro Central on the 5th. Hopefully Johnsburg Central paid attention to the Beavers' contest: the next time they hit the field, they'll take on the Beavers at 4:30 p.m. on the 25th.
