Volleyball Recap: West Orange Takes a Loss

West Orange was not able to break out of their rough patch on Saturday as the team picked up their third straight loss. They fell 2-0 to the East Brunswick Bears.

Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-15, 25-20.

Nick Dent paced West Orange's offense, picking up six kills. Dent really made an impact as he also led the team in assists with 15. Finally, Ben Nwadiogu kept West Orange's defense grounded, leading the team with three blocks.

West Orange's defeat dropped their record down to 9-9. As for East Brunswick, the win was the third in a row for them, bringing their record up to 8-13.

West Orange wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next matchup, a 2-0 victory against Irvington on the 19th. East Brunswick does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
