Foran put another one in the bag on Saturday to keep their perfect season alive. They came out on top against the Lyman Hall Trojans by a score of 6-1. That's the third time they've managed to beat them this season, with their most recent victory being a 2-1 win on May 2nd.

Abigail Corris spent all seven innings on the mound, and it's clear why: she surrendered a run (which was unearned) on two hits and racked up 12 Ks. She has been consistent for a while: she hasn't tossed less than eight strikeouts in 20 consecutive appearances.

At the plate, Foran got a massive performance out of Maddie Deldin, who went a perfect 3-for-3 with one home run, two runs, and two doubles. Norah Bove was another key player, getting on base in three of her four plate appearances with one triple, one stolen base, and one run.

Foran was getting hits left and right and finished the game having posted a batting average of .423. That was just more of the same: they've now posted a batting average of .423 or higher in five consecutive matchups.

Foran's win was their 13th straight at home dating back to last season, which pushed their record up to 21-0. The home victories came thanks in part to their pitching effort, having only surrendered 0.9 runs on average over those games. As for Lyman Hall, their defeat ended a three-game streak of away wins and brought them to 12-6.
