Softball Game Preview: Beaumont School Blue Streaks vs. Elyria Catholic Panthers

Beaumont School is 0-3 against Elyria Catholic since April of 2025 but things could change on Tuesday. The Blue Streaks will host the Panthers at 5:00 p.m. Both teams took a loss in their last game, so they'll have plenty of motivation to get the 'W'.

Beaumont School lost 10-4 to Cuyahoga Valley Christian Academy on Monday.

Kara Thomas was cooking despite her team's loss, going 1-for-4 with two runs, one stolen base, and one double. Another player making a difference was Madeline Wilson, who went 1-for-3 with one run and one RBI.

Padua Franciscan hit Elyria Catholic with a four-run first inning on Monday, which goes a long way in explaining the final result. The Panthers took a 9-4 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Bruins.

Jessica Conner and Nadia Pagan did some serious damage despite the final result: Conner went 1-for-4 with one home run, while Pagan went 2-for-4 with one home run. The team also got some help courtesy of Molly Stang, who went 2-for-3 with one run and one RBI.

Elyria Catholic's defeat dropped their record down to 16-4. As for Beaumont School, their loss dropped their record down to 4-16.
