Cobre had won four straight games and Hayley Gutierrez did her part to make it five on Tuesday. The Cobre Indians claimed a resounding 61-14 win over the Hatch Valley Bears thanks to Gutierrez, who dropped a double-double with 31 points and ten rebounds. She is also on a roll when it comes to steals, as she's now grabbed two or more in each of the last 16 games she's played.

Another player making a difference was Sami Huerta, who posted six points along with six boards and five steals. Cobre is undefeated when Huerta posts five or more steals, but 10-11 otherwise.

Cobre pushed their record up to 13-11 with the victory, which was their fourth straight on the road. Those victories came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 62.0 points over those games. As for Hatch Valley, they are on a 16-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 2-23.
