Volleyball Recap: Kohler Comes Up Short

If Kohler was feeling good fresh off their 3-0 takedown of Elkhart Lake-Glenbeulah on Tuesday, their most recent game may have dampened their spirits a bit. The Blue Bombers lost 3-0 to the Howards Grove Tigers on Saturday. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against the Tigers this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 2-0 back in September.

Howards Grove found their leader in sophomore Sydney Borgen, who had four digs and four aces.

Kohler's defeat dropped their record down to 11-15. As for Howards Grove, the win was the third in a row for them, bringing their record up to 20-11.

Kohler didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next contest, a 3-1 loss against Cedar Grove-Belgium on the 11th. As for Howards Grove, they also wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next match, a 3-0 defeat against Manitowoc Lutheran on the 11th.
