Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Garland). They were the clear victor by a 20-3 margin over the South Garland Titans on Tuesday. The victory was a breath of fresh air for the Owls as it put an end to their seven-game losing streak.

Garland's win was their first in the district, bumping their district record up to 1-2 and their overall record up to 2-13. As for South Garland, they dropped their record down to 1-8 with the loss, which was their sixth straight at home dating back to last season.

Coming up, Garland will host Naaman Forest at 1:00 p.m. on Saturday. As for South Garland, they are taking a road trip to take on Wylie at 7:30 p.m. on Saturday.
