Basketball Recap: Dibble's Luck Changes for the Better on Thursday

Dibble had to endure a four-game losing streak, but that streak is no more. They came out on top in a nail-biter against the Ninnekah Owls on Thursday, sneaking past 44-42. That's the second time they've managed to beat them this season, as they also won 59-58 back in December of 2024.

Dibble's win ended a three-game drought at home and bumped them up to 5-10. As for Ninnekah, they dropped their record down to 5-8 with the loss, which was their sixth straight on the road.

Dibble wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next match, a 53-41 victory against Rush Springs on the 25th. As for Ninnekah, they will be playing in front of their home fans against Maysville at 8:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Ninnekah is facing Maysville at the right time seeing as Maysville is stuck on a nine-game losing streak.
