Soccer Recap: Bishop Rosecrans Comes Up Short

Bishop Rosecrans lost against Grove City Christian back in August, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Saturday. The Bishops took a 2-0 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Eagles. Bishop Rosecrans have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Bishop Rosecrans' defeat dropped their record down to 3-7. As for Grove City Christian, the victory was the third in a row for them, bringing their record up to 4-1.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Bishop Rosecrans will head out to take on Philo at 5:30 p.m. on Thursday. As for Grove City Christian, they will challenge Central Crossing at 7:15 p.m. on Tuesday. Grove City Christian will be up against Central Crossing's rather soft defense (which has allowed 4.11 goals per match), so fans could be in store for a big offensive performance.
