Basketball Recap: Fort Worth Country Day Comes Up Short

It was a Battle of the Birds when Fort Worth Country Day took on Episcopal School of Dallas on Friday. The Fort Worth Country Day Falcons took a 74-60 bruising from the Episcopal School of Dallas Eagles. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against the Eagles this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 75-65 last Thursday.

Fort Worth Country Day has also traveled a rocky road recently having lost six of their last eight matchups, which has put a noticeable dent in their 17-10 record this season. As for Episcopal School of Dallas, the win (which was their tenth in a row) raised their record to 20-13.

Fort Worth Country Day does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Episcopal School of Dallas, they won't have much time to rest: their next game is against St. Andrew's at 12:30 p.m. on Saturday. One thing working in Episcopal School of Dallas' favor is that they have posted at least 55 points in their last four contests.
