Coudersport was the team that gained the most ground in the standings this week, jumping from fifth to third in Allegheny Mountain - Northern. The Falcons beat Ridgway/Johnsonburg 19-6 earlier in the week.
Sheffield scaled the state rankings by moving to 436 from 495 this week, the biggest jump in the league. The Wolverines climbed the ranks as a result of defeating Elk County Catholic 27-16.
Coudersport's dynamic duo of Ethan Hite and Coy Hoffman proved tough for Ridgway/Johnsonburg to stop, as they were the top passer and receiver in the league this week. Hite threw for 164 yards and 3 touchdowns and Hoffman had 138 yards receiving. Ben Ragosta helped Coudersport's passing attack out by catching 3 balls for 26 yards.
Chris Fink's team's dynamic duo of Hite and Hoffman proved to be unstoppable against Ridgway/Johnsonburg, as they were the top passer and receiver in the league this week.
Sam Colebert was a beast in the backfield as Otto-Eldred fell to Brockway.
Colebert was a passing and rushing force as the Terrors lost to the Rovers.
Hite put up the best numbers in passing as the Falcons defeated Ridgway/Johnsonburg.
He was 8-12 with 0 interceptions.
Hoffman was the best wideout in the league this week as Coudersport bested Ridgway/Johnsonburg.
Colebert was the most successful running back in Allegheny Mountain - Northern this week. In 25 carries, he ran for 214 yards as Otto-Eldred bested Ridgway/Johnsonburg. Seth Drummond also contributed to the rushing game with 202 yards on the ground.
Leading the league in both passing and receiving yards, Port Allegany's Jordan Seefeldt and Cory Burr have proven to be a lethal combination. 6-0 quarterback Seefeldt has thrown for 199 yards this season, while Burr has 8 catches for 119 yards. Virgil Graham's team's Colebert leads the league in rushing yards with 338.
The Gators fell to Kane 54-0 last week, the largest margin of any game. Chris Lashway was a bright spot for Port Allegany, as he caught 2 passes for 23 yards in the defeat.
