Volleyball Recap: Justice Comes Up Short + How To Watch

Justice suffered their biggest defeat since September 2nd on Monday. They came up short against the Meridian Mustangs, falling 3-0. The Wolves have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back matches.

Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-14, 25-22, 25-22.

Ahmad Khaibar Noori paced Justice's offense, picking up nine kills. Noori got some help from Elias Romero Maceda and his 20 assists. Michael Contreras controlled things from the service line, finishing with five aces.

Justice's loss dropped their record down to 4-8. As for Meridian, their victory ended a six-match drought at home dating back to last season and bumped them up to 3-11.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming matches. Justice will face off against Hayfield at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Meridian, after both having extra time off, they and Herndon will shake off the rust and duke it out at 6:30 p.m. on October 7.
