Two teams were on the hunt for playoff glory, but only Hauser walked away with it. They put the hurt on the Rising Sun Shiners with a sharp 13-0 win on Saturday. The Jets' pitching crew has been rock solid lately; the team hasn't given up a run in their last seven contests.

Karson Stuckey and R.J. Foster did most of the damage at the plate: Stuckey went 2-for-4 with two runs, two RBI, and one double, while Foster went 1-for-3 with one triple, one stolen base, and two RBI. That's the most hits Stuckey has posted since back in May of 2024.

Hauser's record is now 18-3. As for Rising Sun, the defeat snapped their winning streak at five games and leaves them with a 9-12 record.

Looking ahead, Hauser will take on Oldenburg Academy at 6:00 p.m. on Monday. Rising Sun does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
