Basketball Game Preview: Columbia Christian Crusaders vs. Trinity Christian Warriors

Having just played yesterday, the Columbia Christian Crusaders will head out on the road to face off against the Trinity Christian Warriors at 6:00 p.m. on Friday. Columbia Christian has given up an average of 65.2 points per game this season, but Friday's game will give them a chance to turn things around.

Columbia Christian lost 76-55 to Blevins on Thursday.

Meanwhile, Trinity Christian had to kick off their season on the road on Monday, but they showed no ill effects. They came out on top against Christian Ministries Academy by a score of 58-50. The game was the first time the Warriors have beaten the Conquerors on their court since January 25, 2022.

Columbia Christian's loss ended an eight-game streak of wins at home dating back to last season and dropped them to 2-3. As for Trinity Christian, their win bumped their record up to 1-0.

Everything came up roses for Columbia Christian against Trinity Christian when the teams last played back in November of 2024, as the squad secured a 60-32 victory. The rematch might be a little tougher for the Crusaders since the team won't have the home-court advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
