Basketball Recap: Stevenson Takes a Loss

Stevenson was not able to break out of their rough patch on Thursday as the team picked up their fourth straight defeat. They came up short against the Taft Golden Eagles, falling 50-25. The Ambassadors were probably out for revenge after losing 47-32 to them when the teams met back in January of 2024, then they'll just have to keep looking.

Stevenson's loss dropped their record down to 1-6. As for Taft, they are on a roll lately: they've won four of their last five matches, which provided a nice bump to their 7-4 record this season.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Stevenson will challenge Tuitt at 4:30 p.m. on Monday. Taft has already played their next game (against Evander Childs), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing.
