California Crosspoint waltzed into their matchup on Thursday with three straight wins... but they left with four. They put the hurt on the Holy Names Monarchs with a sharp 3-0 victory. That's the third time they've managed to beat them this season, with their most recent win being a 3-2 victory back in September.

While California Crosspoint might've won, it sure wasn't easy: Holy Names scored at least 20 points in every set they played. The final score came out to 25-20, 25-21, 25-21.

California Crosspoint's win bumped their record up to 12-8. As for Holy Names, they have been struggling recently as they've lost five of their last six contests. That's put a noticeable dent in their 5-13 record this season.
