Basketball Recap: Wakeland Comes Up Short

After flying high against Keller Central on Monday, Wakeland came back down to earth. The Wolverines took a 70-51 bruising from the Dallas Jesuit Rangers on Tuesday. The Wolverines were given a dose of their own medicine in this game as the Rangers apparently hadn't forgotten their defeat the last time these teams played back in December of 2024.

Wakeland now has a losing record of 3-4. As for Dallas Jesuit, the win got them back to even at 3-3.

Wakeland wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next contest, a 72-48 loss against Memorial on the 25th. As for Dallas Jesuit, they will welcome Highland Park at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
