Basketball Recap: Chetek-Weyerhaeuser Takes a Loss

Chetek-Weyerhaeuser lost against Cameron back in January, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Tuesday. The Chetek-Weyerhaeuser Bulldogs took a hard 63-44 fall against the Cameron Comets. The Bulldogs just can't catch a break and have now endured four losses in a row dating back to last season.

Chetek-Weyerhaeuser's defeat dropped their record down to 0-3. As for Cameron, their victory was their eighth straight at home dating back to last season, which pushed their record up to 3-0.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Chetek-Weyerhaeuser will head out to challenge St. Croix Falls at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. As for Cameron, they will venture away from home to face off against Ashland at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. Cameron knows how to get points on the board -- the squad has finished with 55 points or more in their past three contests -- so hopefully Ashland likes a good challenge.
