Volleyball Recap: Warner Comes Up Short

Warner lost against Julian back in October of 2024 and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Tuesday. The Wildcats fell just short of the Eagles by a score of 3-2. The Wildcats have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back matches.

Leading Julian to victory were Cami Siraton and Hailey Bennett. Siraton hit 100% for seven kills and 11 aces and six digs, while Bennett had ten digs, eight kills, two aces, and one block. That's the most digs Bennett has posted since back in September.

Warner's loss dropped their record down to 6-9. As for Julian, they have been performing well recently as they've won four of their last five matchups. That's provided a massive bump to their 10-9 record this season.

Julian will face off against West Shores at 5:00 p.m. on Thursday. Warner will be paying especially close attention to the Eagles' match: after the Eagles face off against the Wildcats, they'll take on Warner again at 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
