Volleyball Recap: Tumwater Beats Black Hills for Their Third Straight Victory + How To Watch

Tumwater had already won two in a row and they went ahead and made it three on Tuesday. They blew past the Black Hills Wolves 3-0. That result was just more of the same for these two, as the Thunderbirds also won the last time the pair played back in October of 2024.

Tumwater found their leader in sophomore Lauren Montoya-Kilmer, who had seven digs and three aces. Corinne Sadlemyer also deserves some recognition as she posted her first assist of the season.

Tumwater was lethal from the service line and finished the match with 16 aces. That's the most aces they've posted since back in September of 2024.

Tumwater's victory bumped their record up to 8-2-2. As for Black Hills, they have been struggling recently as they've lost six of their last seven matches. That's put a noticeable dent in their 3-7 record this season.
