Softball Recap: North Harford Takes a Loss

It's hard to turn regular season success into postseason wins, a fact North Harford can now relate to. They fell just short of the Rising Sun Tigers by a score of 2-0 on Monday. The Hawks haven't had much luck with the Tigers recently, as the team has come up short the last nine times they've met.

North Harford's defeat dropped their record down to 4-11. As for Rising Sun, their win bumped their record up to 9-7.

We've got plenty of inter-region action coming up soon. North Harford is set to face off against their familiar foe Aberdeen on the 23rd. Meanwhile, Rising Sun will square off against rival North East on Wednesday. The two teams have allowed few runs on average (the Tigers 3.1, the Indians 4) so any runs scored will be well earned.
